Tri Delta’s national philanthropy is St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Each year in support of St. Jude, our chapter hosts
several fundraising events including a "Cookout for Cancer" in the spring with hamburgers, hot dogs, and live music, a
"Pancakes for a Cure" pancake dinner in the fall, and a letter writing fundraising campaign as well. Last year, our Delta Mu chapter
was the highest fundraising chapter in the nation, raising over $93,000. The goal for our chapter this year is to raise $100,000 in
hopes of helping St. Jude reach its goal of raising $15 million in 5 years in order to name the Specialty Clinic located in the
Patient Care Center at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
